- Build on the day. All core building must happen during the hackathon (10:30โ17:00). Pre-existing ideas, art assets, boilerplate code, and templates are allowed; pre-built games are not.
- Teams of 1โ5. Solo builders are welcome โ teams can form at the event.
- Any tools allowed. Any AI models, engines, and tools may be used. Partner tools (Rork, Fotor) are encouraged and supported by on-site mentors.
- One entry per team. A single entry can win multiple category prizes.
- Deadline is final. Submissions close on Devpost at 17:00 sharp.
- You own your work. Teams retain full ownership and IP of everything they build.
- In-person attendance required. Teams must be registered via Luma (https://luma.com/6bc7rc4k) and present at Somerset House to demo and win.
- Judges' decisions are final.

Code of Conduct
We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate at any point during the event, including talks, workshops, demos, and online media. Participants violating these rules may be expelled from the hackathon without a refund (if applicable) and disqualified from prizes, at the discretion of the organisers.
Harassment includes offensive comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. If you are being harassed, notice someone else being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the HeySalad event staff immediately. Event staff will be identifiable at the venue.
